I have had 2 deliveries of food so far. I am a vegetarian sometimes began and I am so happy to have foods I can eat that are SO good! Delivery is great too! I highly recommend Prepped by Lauren!

I ordered a couple jars of the overnight oats for delivery to Lincoln. Both flavors were awesome, and I was able to pick my delivery time. I will definitely be ordering from Lauren again!

Finding prepped by Lauren has been an amazing find. I’m a busy working mom, who would make any excuse for a quick unhealthy meal. I mean ANY EXCUSE. Then I stumbled upon Lauren via the OFL group and thought I would give it a shot. Maybe I’ll like it. Maybe I won’t. But it’s worth a try. But I was wrong. I LOVED IT. I love the keto options. I love the at home delivery. I wake up and 2 HEALTHY meals and a snack are already prepped for me. Let’s talk portion size. They are not massive sizes. And I was relieved by that. It’s healthy size portions. I’ve lost over 5 pounds since starting these meals which is something I needed and wanted to have happen. Flavor? On point. Every meal. I rarely feel the need to “add” anything to it. Maybe some mustard here and there. But everything is so flavorful! Price point is great. It is very budget friendly which anyone will appreciate. Lauren is very easy to work with too. I’m able to shoot her a message and get a response immediately. She communicates everything right away. Always follows up with me. And is just an all around amazing small business owner that I’m proud to support. I received absolutely no compensation for this review. Just want others to know how fabulous Lauren is!

Lauren and her team were a dream to work with! She was extremely responsive and communicative and helped me curate the perfect menu with prices that were fair! They came to my home on time and set everything up for my holiday party! I cannot begin to describe how amazing the food was. My guests were using everything they could find to pack up the leftovers to take with them. I will NEVER cook again for any event. Chef Lauren has a lifetime customer. I highly recommend!!!
